Communication plays a crucial role in promoting and managing the effective and harmonious operation of the Local Core, both internally and externally. Internally, it is essential to promote good and productive communication between managers and volunteers. This should take place in formal forums, such as meetings and their minutes, operational forums, such as platforms and operations centers, and also in informal forums, which involve daily interpersonal interactions and coordination. Ensuring that communication channels are always open helps to minimize the possibility of conflicts resulting from communication failures. Externally, communication should be conducted through social media and targeted campaigns in an inclusive and positive manner. The focus should be on inviting participation, highlighting the rescue work, the preparation and distribution of food with joy, and expressing the gratitude felt in every moment and with each partner. Communication management should be interconnected, meaning it is necessary to coordinate with other management areas according to their communication support needs, as well as with areas involved in events or campaigns. Coordination with the National Core Executive Team of Communication Management should also be carried out whenever the situation requires.
