Operational resource management at the Local Core involves overseeing all material assets, including spaces and access, fixed and mobile equipment, reusable materials and consumables, as well as means of transportation such as vehicles, bicycles, or others. In terms of control systems, it is necessary to manage the systems located at the operations center, which include pest control, food traceability, volunteer attendance, and other relevant aspects. The management of circular economy should focus on controlling and distributing surplus food from the core through external channels, such as other Refood cores, other institutions, animal feed, and/or composting. Interconnected management requires coordination with managers of other areas and with the National Core Executive Teams of Core Management and Equipment and Infrastructure Management whenever the situation requires.
