The financial and administrative management of the Local Core should be conducted with complete transparency and rigor. In the financial domain, it is crucial to ensure that the Movement’s assets are used to advance Refood’s mission and that all legal and regulatory duties are fulfilled within the specified deadlines. This includes managing the bank account, debit card, cash, and controlling all expenses and their receipts. Additionally, it is necessary to issue receipts and donor documents for each transaction and send the original accounting documents to the National Core by mail, ensuring that financial reports are submitted within the prescribed deadlines. In the administrative domain, responsibilities include collecting, including, and sending the monthly reports from various management areas, such as Volunteers, Beneficiaries, Community Support, Food Sources, Operational Resources, and, if applicable, other relevant areas. Financial and administrative management should be interconnected, which means coordinating with managers of other areas and with the National Core Executive Team of Financial & Administrative Management whenever necessary.
