Legal Support- Someone who also possesses knowledge of corporate social responsibility policies and is familiar with legislation related to gender-based violence and gender equality. Among the responsibilities of this professional are: • Develop policies and guidelines related to the prevention of violence and promotion of the modality and the Institution; • Provide legal guidance to internal teams on issues related to legislation to protect the rights of students, members and the Institution; • Analyze the impact of legislation on projects and actions related to corporate social responsibility; • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on the implementation of corporate social responsibility policies; • Monitor changes in legislation related to domestic violence and dating and propose updates to company policies; • Participate in working groups or commissions together with other external entities, to develop initiatives and projects related to corporate social responsibility; • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate social responsibility policies in preventing violence and promoting the Association. We are looking for someone who has a background in law, with a specialization in sports or administrative law, as well as previous experience in developing corporate social responsibility policies. Knowledge of current laws is also desirable.
