We are looking for volunteers for the Bô Energia project, powered by WACT, to join our team and help in the execution of the project in São Tomé and Príncipe, with a minimum stay of 3 weeks. What's included: -Accommodation in São Tomé (Santo Amaro); - Coordination and local support of activities; -Pick-up at the airport on the day of arrival and departure; -Pre-departure training. Volunteer responsibilities: •Sawdust collection and production of brackets; - Dissemination of the project in the communities; •Distribution of brackets. Volunteer profile: -Entrepreneurial, dynamic and adventurous spirit; - Strong social sensitivity, in an approach of development, empowerment and sustainability; - Good communication and empathy skills; - Strong sense of mission; - Availability to be in São Tomé for at least 3 weeks, between October and December 2024; -Valued: --Higher education in areas related to environment and/or exact sciences or engineering; --Experience of working or volunteering in intercultural contexts, preferably in developing countries.
