The Dunant Senior Academy of the Portuguese Red Cross - Coimbra Delegation aims to reduce social isolation and promote the active aging of older people through cognitive stimulation activities and various disciplines, from physical education, theater, arts, music, among others. In this sense, the task of each volunteer will be to promote classes, weekly and informally, according to the knowledge and experience of each volunteer.
