Institution's Mission

Wikimedia Portugal's mission is to contribute to the widespread dissemination of knowledge and culture, by encouraging the collection, creation and dissemination of content free from restrictions on use, modification and distribution, promoting and supporting the projects of the Wikimedia Foundation, including Wikipedia, with an emphasis on the languages spoken in Portugal, Portuguese and Mirandese.
