Institution's Mission
APEC aims at the training, training and inclusion of people with visual impairment, with a view to their full cultural, social and professional participation in the society in which we operate. <brPromote the full inclusion of people with visual impairment, promote the active participation and equal opportunities of all citizens in the construction of a more inclusive society, ensure their participation in organizations that develop work on the subject of disability and that promote dialogue between peers, prevent and combat discriminatory practices and attitudes towards this population, cooperate with entities/bodies in improving the quality of life of people with visual impairment in topics such as accessibility and mobility, education, health, employment, vocational training, access to social services and equipment, among others, fostering the independence and independent life of these people.<br
