The Yellow Heart Association (ACA) is an IPSS that supports the elderly founded on May 20, 2000, by 7 women from the social area and created to serve the community. The Yellow Heart Association was born in Lisbon where loneliness was already visible in the faces of people and in urban experience. The Lisbon Delegation emerged, like the other Delegations, from the desire to do more and better for people who are more alone.<brThe objectives of ACA are to support those who live in loneliness and isolation, especially the elderly with visitors either at home, abroad or in ERPI.
