PT VOLUNTARIADO PRESENCIAL Procuramos voluntários para dinamização de ateliers comunitários nas mais diversas temáticas: Origami, Modelagem de balões, Decoração de Sabonetes, Decoração de caixas de madeira, Cestos de papel, Costura, Tricot e crochet, Pontos e bordados, Renda, Pintura, Desenho, Escultura, Cerâmica, Jogos e dinâmicas teatrais, Teatro, Dança, Português para estrangeiros, Alfabetização, Inglês, Língua gestual portuguesa, Bijuteria, Maquilhagem, Manicure, Estética, Penteados, Comunicação interpessoal, Gestão de conflitos, Gestão de stress, Gestão de tempo, Gestão do orçamento familiar Inteligência emocional, Trabalho em equipa, etc. Perfil dos voluntários: - Empáticos, assertivos, resilientes, e com orientação para as soluções, - Com um talento / conhecimento que possam partilhar, - Com interesse em ter uma participação social ativa, - Que valorizem a dignidade humana da pessoa,  - Com capacidade de adaptação, - Com sentido de compromisso e responsabilidade, - Que escutem ativamente, - Que estejam tão ou mais focados nos participantes do que no processo de aprendizagem, - Que tenham interação e ensino de forma conjunta e participativa com os participantes. Dias/ Horários: a combinar mediante disponibilidade do voluntário. Os Ateliers podem ser realizados durante a semana e fim-de-semana, entre as 09h30 e as 22h30. Procuramos dinamizadores das sessões, ou seja, voluntários que devem estar atentos, não apenas a processos de aprendizagem, mas à formação social e comportamental dos participantes. Os ateliers têm como objetivo geral proporcionar um espaço de aprendizagem, partilha e empowerment para fomentar a inserção social e a cidadania ativa de pessoas em diferentes condições de vulnerabilidade social, sobretudo em situação de sem-abrigo, estimulando-as a novos percursos que aumentem o seu poder de intervenção na sociedade, através da realização de ações de caráter formativo com base em artes, ofícios e outras competências técnicas e educativas.   Somos uma rede de voluntariado aberta a todos, que procura mobilizar pessoas de todas as condições e convicções para uma cidadania activa, responsável e de proximidade. Participamos na construção de pontes entre pessoas, instituições e territórios, através de acções de voluntariado, de forma a tornarmos a Cidade mais justa, fraterna e solidária. Vamos ao encontro de pessoas socialmente fragilizadas, actuando nas temáticas da exclusão, da pessoa sem-abrigo, da pessoa idosa isolada, das crianças e jovens em situações de maior vulnerabilidade, da pessoa imigrante ou refugiada, etc, com o objectivo de construir pontes relacionais / de afecto entre pessoas seniores e outras pessoas. ENG PRESENTIAL VOLUNTEERING We are looking for volunteers to dynamize community workshops in the most diverse themes: Origami, Balloon Modeling, Soap Decoration, Wooden Box Decoration, Paper Baskets, Sewing, Knitting and Crochet, Stitches and Embroidery, Lace, Painting, Drawing, Sculpture, Ceramics, Games and theatrical dynamics, Theatre, Dance, Portuguese for foreigners, Literacy, English, Portuguese Sign Language, Costume Jewelry, Makeup, Manicure, Aesthetics, Hairstyles, Interpersonal communication, Conflict and Stress management, Time management, Time management, Family budget, Emotional intelligence, Teamwork, etc. Volunteer Profile: - Empathetic, assertive, resilient, and solution-oriented, - With a talent / knowledge they can share, - Interested in having an active social participation, - Who value the human dignity, - With adaptability, - With a sense of commitment and responsibility, - That are able to listen actively, - Who are more focused on the participants than on the learning process, - That have interaction and teaching in a joint and participatory way with the participants. Schedule: to be agreed upon volunteer availability. The Workshops can be held during the week and at the weekend, between 9:30 am and 10:30 pm. We are looking for session facilitators, that is, volunteers who must pay attention not only to learning processes, but also to the participants' social and behavioral training. The workshops have the objective to provide a space for learning, sharing and empowerment to foster social inclusion and active citizenship of people in different conditions of social vulnerability, especially in homeless situations, encouraging them to new pathways that increase the its power to intervene in society, through training actions based on arts, crafts and other technical and educational skills. We are a volunteer network open to everyone, which seeks to mobilize people of all conditions and convictions for active, responsible and close citizenship. We build bridges between people, institutions and territories, through volunteer actions, in order to make the City more just, fraternal and solidary. We meet socially vulnerable people, acting on the themes of exclusion, the homeless person, the isolated elderly person, children and young people in situations of greater vulnerability, the immigrant or refugee, etc., with the aim of building relational bridges / of affection between seniors and other people.
