The Circ'Bô Festival, a cultural and artistic event (the first contemporary circus event in Trás-os-Montes) that promotes contemporary circus art and sustainability, is looking for a volunteer to join our Volunteer Management team.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone dynamic, organized and with a leadership spirit, who has a passion for cultural events and team management, but also for the interior of the country. If you have good communication, a taste for teamwork and want to contribute to the success of a unique festival, this is your opportunity!

Responsibilities:

- Support the organization, recruitment and coordination of the team of volunteers before and during the event.

- Assist in the integration, orientation and management of volunteers, ensuring that each one has the best experience.

- Work together with the production team to ensure the smooth running of the event.

- Be the point of contact between volunteers and the organization team, facilitating the resolution of issues and the necessary support.

- Coordinate the logistics of task distribution and follow-up during the days of the event.

Requirements:

- Minimum age of 18 years.
