In these events that take place twice a month (first and third Saturdays of each month) we seek to create moments of well-being for dogs that have lived for years in the municipal kennel of Setúbal and do not seem to have great chances of adoption and life outside that space.

We would like to enlist the help of volunteers to walk these dogs through our surrounding green area or even to take them on a walk through the countryside or the city.

Some animals may also benefit from other procedures, such as bathing or training sessions, to help resolve some behaviors that are less favorable to their adoption or coexistence among peers.

Your participation will help to remind all citizens that dogs, like people, love to walk and also remind them that walking and socialising is as necessary and healthy for them as it is for us.

It will also serve to remind citizens that there are animals for adoption in the municipal kennel waiting for a chance to become a companion for life.

Registrations are accepted up to three days before each event, so that our administrative services have time to activate the insurance of each participant (civil liability and personal accident insurance).
