We need volunteers available (with or without a car) to rescue meals and other foods from partner companies, package the rescued meals and deliver them to families referred to us by social workers from the parishes of Santa Maria Maior and Misericórdia, as well as, to ensure all tasks related to hygiene, food safety and space organization. We operate 7 days a week, with 2,30 h. shifts, at 4:00 pm, 6:00 pm, 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, there is a cleaning shift at 10:00 and a collection shift at 4:00. On Saturdays and Sundays we have collection shifts starting at 9:00 pm. But we are available to create new schedules, in order to rescue more food and support more people.
