Volunteer – Handicrafts with Adults (1x/week) Ajuda de Mãe is looking for a volunteer to promote **handicraft activities** with the mothers welcomed in the adult residence. These sessions promote well-being, self-esteem and moments of creative expression in a safe and welcoming environment. Opening hours: - 1 time a week - Morning or afternoon (depending on the volunteer's availability) - 2h sessions Activities: - Painting, collage, drawing - Simple decorative arts - Small sewing or embroidery projects - Handmade jewelry - Other manual activities that the volunteer masters and wants to propose Profile: - Creative, patient and communicative person - Empathy and social sensitivity - Taste for dynamizing small groups - Commitment to weekly regularity Impact: These activities offer moments of tranquility, learning and sharing, contributing to the emotional well-being of the mothers welcomed and strengthening their self-esteem.
