To meet the homeless population that remains on the street and, through a multidisciplinary intervention, respond to their needs and prevent definitive social exclusion in the municipality of Almada in all parishes where the need for intervention is diagnosed. The street teams travel every day, properly equipped, providing social, psychological, legal and health support and monitoring, food support and clothing in a dignified and personalized way, respecting the privacy of each individual.
